question about establishing baseline with self tonometry

Submitted by Agnes on Fri, 09/04/2009 - 5:47pm

Hey David,

To establish self tonometry are you taking the measurement before and after putting the drops in the morning

and at night? My real question is which time(s) of the day should be used to establish baseline numbers and how many days should I do it?  Is there a post on your webiste that gives some guidance?

Letter to Dr. Kondrot

Submitted by Agnes on Sun, 08/09/2009 - 8:32am

Dear Dr. Kondrot,

The FDA does not approve microcurrent stimulators for the treatment of eye diseases. So why is it that you are selling the unit and charging $5000 for the treatment?   A similar unit elsewhere is around $800.  When I go to see my nutritionist, homeopathic doctor and acupuncturist who are all very knowledgeable in treating glaucoma the most I will spend is $1000 for the 3.  So I would like to know how you justify charging $5000 + cost of living.

ScyFIX 700 micro current neuromodulation/stimulation device

Submitted by Agnes on Sun, 08/09/2009 - 7:51am

I just send an email to the CEO of ScyFIX, Thomas Harold to find out why he needs the approval of the FDA to sell his product since Dr. Kondrot seems to be able to sell his unit freely without the FDA approval or is it?

Intraocular Pressure Vairation During Weight Lifting

Submitted by Agnes on Tue, 07/14/2009 - 6:43pm

Intraocular pressure (IOP) is the leading cause for developing Glaucoma, a vision impairment that can lead to partial or full vision loss. Studies made in recent years have shown a significant increase in pressure within the eye when weightlifting or performing isometric exercise. This leads to the question: Can weightlifting lead to eye problems?
