Hello,

My daughter is 8 yrs old and was diagnosed for Glaucoma with Pseudophakia  at 5 yrs age just after her IOL got implanted .She was on medication  of Dorzox  3 times and  timolol 2 times , but pressures were not in control very recently with that hence the Glaucoma Specialist has changed her medication to Xalacom 2.5 ml once in night .Its a combination of latanoprost and timolol .Her pressures checked in morning once and afternoon once so far have been under control around 16-20. But some optic nerve damage is visible.is anybody aware of Xalacom used on kids and its trend of pressures variations ?Doctor says with Xalacom pressures becomes flat not much in variation as u see with other drops and in morning it was once 16  and afternoon 18-20 were found so should i be relaxed its controlling sufficiently or evening spike (though  IOP goes down by evening i know) be also caluclated?

Regards
