31 years old and increased eye pressure in one eye for first time

Hi all,

I wear contacts on a regular basis.  I ran out and went in for my yearly check up and was told for the first time I had increased eye pressure in one eye at 25.  I was told the normal range is 12-22.  So the doc told me to come back to check it again in a month, he didn't seem overly concerned.  Any advice would be great.  Trying not to stress out over it.  I was just a little concerned that I am only 31 and if this becomes an ongoing issue. If it is high the next time he said he would get a second opinion.  I asked what that meant and the term Glaucoma was tossed out there, I guess if the pressure isn't controlled.  Of course the first thing that went to my head is that I was going to go blind, luckily I read up on it a little so I felt a little better but I'm a little scared.
